For those interested:
I was born New Years Day, After graduating from High School, I enlisted in the Air Force and spent 9 months at Lower AFB, Denver, Colorado studying electronics then 3 years at Westover AFB, Chicopee, Massachusetts doing maintenance on B-52s. At University I studied History and Political Science and received a BA from California State University Northridge. While in college I met and married my wife. I have held all types of jobs from farm laborer to management positions in Government and private industry. I took an early retirement in 1998 and since that time have devoted myself to "fun" jobs that have included bartender, taxi driver, newspaper reporter and columnist, free lance photographer, security, lock smith, IT consultant, and several others. I was a PC programmer for part of my career with Civil Service and since 2000 have been doing WEB programming for fun. At various times in my life I have lived in Arkansas, Texas, Colorado, Massachusetts, California, Maryland, South Carolina, and Israel, and currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have traveled to 31 of the 50 United States and to Mexico, England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Israel, and Cyprus. I have always been interested in politics and current events and have been a candidate (unsuccessfully) for office. I lean to the left politically (although I sympathize with certain views of the Libertarians and was once a Republican [back in the days when that party still had a Liberal Wing.]) and consider myself a Liberal Democrat. I enjoy painting and have sold some works, but haven't done any painting for the last few years. In addition to my newspaper articles, I have also been published in poetry anthologys.

I have had Thomas L. Thompson’s Mythic Past Biblical Archaeology and the Myth of Israel on my book shelf for years and finally got around to reading it last month. Dr. Thompson’s rejects the generally accepted idea that the Israelites arrived in Biblical Israel as invaders of an already existing civilization, conquered and replaced [...]
Of all the sins perhaps the worst in any faith is to question GOD. So maybe my thoughts on this subject have damned me but I have been thinking and if you’d like to know what I’ve been thinking it’s here at my home site.
